SUGGESTED USE:
Do not Consume on an empty stomach may cause nervousness. Always begin use with 1 BodiLene capsule daily to determine tolerance. As a dietary supplement take 1-2 BodiLene caps before training or exercise. Take another 1-2 BodiLene caps with lunch and plenty of water. NEVER EXCEED MORE THAN FOUR TOTAL CAPSULES DAILY. DO NOT TAKE BodiLene AT LEAST 4-5 HOURS HOURS BEFORE BEDTIME (MAY CAUSE INSOMNIA). Take doses at least 4-6 hours apart.
