Powerlifter
Jeff
is among the elite all natural drug-free powerlifters with totals over
2000+lbs. Jeff prides himself on the all-natural approach to building
his body using only
a protein supplement, ELITE-K, and NITRIC-X O2 to supplement his body.
On December 14, 2003 Jeff had broke the WABDL 275lbs. masters class
World Record in Las Vegas, NV with a bench of 622.8lbs. Jeff stays
active competing all over the country in powerlifting competitions.
Jeff has increased his bench to 680lbs, also adding pounds to his deadlift
and squat totals. Recently Jeff has competed in the St. Louis Fitness
Festival winning first place in three catagories. At over 40 years
old Jeff is stronger than ever before with no limit in site.
