Both products are very easy to take, and with the ELITE-K unlike other creatine products its effects are much quicker and stonger.

With ELITE-K my strength increased within the first week, while taking both products I felt harder and fuller much longer after my workouts were over.

Because I work midnights I took both products around 11:00-12:00 in the morning when I got home and agian around 4:00-5:00 p.m. when I woke up. I weigh around 290 pounds and I take 4-5 tabs of each. My training was always inconsistant while taking other well known creatine products. But now a 700 pound bench press seems to be in the near future thanks to ELITE- & NITRIC-X O2.

As far as nitric oxide products, I would have to say NITRIC-X O2 is the best there ever was. I could not believe the results and pumps I got. Simply amazing, I think this product is just as good as it is desribed.
